This multi-million dollar arbitration matter involved alleged construction defects throughout a three phase residential condominium community. Mr. Waters saved his client substantial attorney fees and time by filing a dispositive motion at the first possible opportunity.  With the motion pending, C&A agreed to dismiss its claims against Hudick Excavating.
